Cold weather is soup weather. Classic tomato soup and grilled cheese has been a favorite since I was a kid - but my taste buds have changed a lot since then, and although tomato soup is still a favorite - this roasted red pepper and tomato is a perfect combo with a more sophisticated flavor - the sweet, smoky peppers go fabulous with the tomato soup.
